GoldenIT Voice is available across our Wireless network to most customers. Our Voice service uses VoIP (Voice over IP) technology which allows you to make calls between GoldenIT customers and to normal phone numbers anywhere in Australia or the world at very competitive rates.

These GoldenIT Voice Plans are for use in conjunction with a GoldenIT Wireless Broadband service and are not available to non GoldenIT Broadband Connections.

Basic Voice	Premium Voice
$10 of included calls per month "GoldenIT Voice" number which allows you to receive calls from other GoldenIT Customers. This service is not able to receive calls from the normal phone network	$10 of included calls per month "GoldenIT Voice" number which allows you to receive calls from other GoldenIT Customers Normal Phone number which allows you to receive calls from anyone!

Setup Costs:
Voice Adaptor - $120
This fee covers the Voice Adaptor needed to connect to GoldenIT Voice. This adaptor plugs into one of the spare ports on your Radio Antenna power supply. You will need a standard telephone to plug into this adaptor. It is compatible with normal and cordless phones.

Call Rates:
All GoldenIT Rates are billed in per second increments after the first minute. There are no flag fall charges however the minimum call cost is 1 minute.

Calls to Any Fixed Line in Australia	7 Cents per minute
Calls to any Mobile in Australia	29 Cents per minute
Calls between GoldenIT Voice Customers	FREE *
Calls to Major International including	7 Cents per minute
USA, UK, Canada, NZ, China, plus others. Calls to International mobile may be higher

Important Information about this Service:
The GoldenIT Voice service is NOT a Standard Telephone Service and has some restrictions and limitations. These include:

You cannot call the emergency 000 number from this service
Calls to special numbers like 1800/1300/13/1900 numbers are not available.
If you experience a power outage you will not be able to make or receive calls.
All caller id information will be blocked when you call a normal telephone number.
Calls to GoldenIT Voice customers are only free when you call their GoldenIT Voice number.
